Review FIS policies, regulations and practices through the lens of EJB, beginning with Safeguarding, Admissions and Recruitment
Create structures that facilitate connections based on individual identities, as well as universal commonalities and interests
Articulate, evaluate and communicate the school’s position with regard to EJB
Develop a recruitment strategy that minimizes bias and attracts a broader diversity of candidates
Develop the curriculum to reflect a broader range of perspectives, voices, experiences and historical contexts, and include culturally adaptive content
Ensure communications by the school use inclusive language and reflect the school’s commitment to EJB
