How to Enroll

Step One:

• Login to your account.

Step Two:

• Select "My Account" from the top right.

Step Three:

• Find "Bank Products," select "Manage," as shown in the screenshot below.

Step Four:

• Select the bank you wish to enroll with from the list.

• Please note, you must have a current product to enroll with EPS. If you choose to enroll with EPS, it will prevent you from enrolling with Refund Advantage until you receive a response.

Step Five:

• Complete the bank enrollment application, as is shown in the screenshot below.

Step Six:

• Sign the agreement page.

Step Seven:

• Submit your bank enrollment application.

There may be additional steps you need to take through the portal for the bank you chose to enroll with, such as compliance exams.

Turnaround times for enrollment responses vary. You can contact the bank for the status on your enrollment application.
