If you are planning on attending a 4-year college, it is recommended that you research your need to take the SAT or ACT during the Spring of your Junior year or the Fall of your Senior year.Â
All Washington public colleges and many private colleges are test optional.

2-year schools have their own placement system and do not require you to take the SAT or ACT.
