Complete the Volunteer Duty Assignments Sheet
Teacher Leaders: Review Supply List and email with ordering updates.
Prepare Student Permission Letters - Permission slips should be sent to the Tech Fair competition chair(s) for emergency purposes. Please bring to the Tech Fair.
2027 Student Event Signup
Round 1: ALL Schools Register students by March 10, 2027 end of business.

Beginning March 11, 2027, open slots are available for the taking & will be entered on a first-come, first-serve basis by completing the form below. The Student sign-up spreadsheet will be updated regularly by the CTE Department until the Deadline for ALL registrations, March 17.

2027 TECH FAIR AWARDS CEREMONY SCRIPT

Some events require students to bring materials to the Career & Tech Fair. Please remind students.
The Career & Tech Fair coincides with and celebrates Career and Technical Education Month and Engineering Week.
Competition winners will be announced the night of the Tech Fair with medals and certificates in each competition location.
The Future STEM+C Recognition ceremony, held in the auditorium begins at 5:10pm. If you have students who will be participating in this event, please record stop and start time, to allow them equitable time to complete the challenges upon their return to the competition location.
