About Culinary Arts

Description: The Culinary Arts program prepares students in cooking methods and techniques for both beginner and advanced students in a full size commercial kitchen setting. Students will develop skills in preparation, restaurant management, and industry standard culinary techniques. Students can earn industry certification and dual credit from Sullivan University or articulated credit from BCTC, as well as tentatively co-op in commercial settings.
