Description: 

The Firefighting & EMS program prepares students to provide fire attach & rescue services , initiate and deploy multiple emergency management systems, and provide first responder emergency care. Students will develop skills & understanding in fire codes & laws, fire prevention, fire behavior, fire suppression, fire investigation, and basic trauma care such as First Aid/CPR. Students will work to earn certifications in fire management, fire investigation, and emergency management .
