7th Grade Social Studies
In 6th grade social studies your child focused primarily on the eastern hemisphere. This year in 7th grade we will focus on the western hemisphere. Primarily, we will cover the following countries and their demographics.
- The Middle East
- Asia
- Africa
We will discuss many aspects of each region including geography, economics, history, and religion. Below are some resources that you and your child may find useful in the coming weeks. We will use these resources frequently in order to prepare for quizzes, projects, and tests.

7th Grade science
In 6th grade, your child focused on earth science and all of the things that physically made our planets and solar system function. From weather patterns to tectonic plates, they studied the ins and outs of geology. This year 7th grade science will function on Biology or "life" science. We will study all of the living things that roam the planet and how they function. From plants to people your child will learn how their body functions in relation to the other living things around them. Below are some resources that you and your child may find useful in the coming weeks. We will use these resources frequently in order to prepare for quizzes, projects, and tests.
