The No. 18 Franklin & Marshall field hockey team (10-3, 6-0 CC) gets set for two Centennial Conference games this week at Tylus Field. On Wednesday, the Diplomats face No. 7 Johns Hopkins (11-3, 7-0 CC) at 7:15 p.m. F&M then will host Bryn Mawr (11-2, 5-1 CC), who's also receiving votes in the national poll, Saturday at 3:00 p.m. for Senior Day.
Last Week
F&M cruised to a 4-0 win over Dickinson Wednesday evening. Jessica Miller scored two goals, while Darby Klopp tallied two assists in the match. Sophie Carroll and Grace Fass also recorded scores in the victory. F&M outshot Dickinson 20-4 in the contest. Read the recap here.
The Diplomats held off Swarthmore 3-1 in Saturday afternoon's victory. Jessica Miller and Grace Fass found the back of the net to give F&M a 2-0 lead in the first quarter. Carolina Riley had a three-point performance as she scored a goal and assisted on another. Sophie Carroll and Katie Roper also earned assists in the game. Sydney Lippe made five saves in the win. Last Time
The last time Franklin & Marshall beat Johns Hopkins was in 2019 where the Diplomats downed the Blue Jays 3-1 in the NCAA Final Four. F&M had all three of its goals scored in the third quarter by Abby Straub '20 and twice by Lily Mynott '20. Darby Klopp tallied two assists in the win. Read the recap here.

The Diplomats edged Bryn Mawr 1-0 in their 2021 matchup. Sophie Carroll scored the games lone goal off an assist from Kat Study in the second quarter. F&M totaled 15 shots with 13 on net in the win. Read the recap here.
Johns Hopkins Team Preview
No. 7 JHU brings an eight-game winning streak into Wednesday's game against F&M. The Blue Jays haven't lost a CC match yet this fall. Siena Urbanski leads the team in points (27) and goals (11) this season. Goalkeeper Morgan Seward has a goals-against average of 0.22. Seward also has a save percentage of 80 percent.
Bryn Mawr Team Preview
Bryn Mawr had a seven-game winning streak before falling to Ursinus 4-1 last week. Hazel Miller leads the Owls in points (31), goals (12), and assists (seven). Goalkeeper Maggie Titus has a 1.36 goals-against average and a save percentage of 78.5 percent.
