In this unit we will explore the concept of the Polar Coordinate System.  The Polar Coordinate System goes away from normal horizontal and vertical movement and translates it into a movement at an angle.  Many occupations require knowledge of how Polar Coordinates work, including Engineering, Computer Graphics and Optic design.  We will also be exploring the idea of Hyperbolas within this unit as well.
