Recruiting and Retaining Highly-Qualified Teachers (Teacher Induction Program, KCSOS Intern Support, supplies/materials) will be made a priority to ensure students have access to a high-quality education. by enhancing mentorship and induction programs to provide new teachers with comprehensive support and professional development opportunities. We believe this will strengthen teacher retention and effectiveness by fostering a supportive and growth-oriented teaching community and providing new educators with the necessary support to thrive in their roles.
