KATE ULRICH

Kate Ulrich received her Bachelor of Arts with distinction from Carleton College (Northfield, Minnesota, USA). She studied Chemistry with a minor in Spanish. Kate is passionate about assisting writers at any stage of the writing process, especially those with questions about: 

She worked in Carleton's writing center for three years, serving as a lead consultant for her final year. Her final capstone project on Vy Dong's contributions to the field of organometallic chemistry provided her with extensive experience preparing and delivering professional presentations. She plans to attend medical school upon return to the US, so is happy to share her perspective on the preparation process for US medical schools for those who are interested. Outside the classroom, Kate served as a board member of Carleton's chapter of the Alzheimer's Buddies association, coached elementary-aged girls in a social-emotional learning and running program, and worked as a certified nursing assistant in a nursing home. Kate enjoys spending time outside with friends, going for runs, and crafting.
