Getting started requires a little paperwork on both your end and ours, starting with you completing our New Management Information Request form: New Management Information Request
This form will take a couple of minutes to complete covering off on:
Owner details including proof of ownership and identity
Financial preferences
Material fact and disclosure statements
To complete the form you will require:
A driver's licence or passport (image of) for all legal owners
A Medicare card OR credit card (image of) for all legal owners
The council rates notice for the property (or if you have just purchased the property a copy/photo of the front page of the exchanged contract for sale)
The council water notice or utility bill for the property
Moving forward :
You will complete our New Management Information Request here: New Management Information Request
We will compose a managing agency agreement (your authority for us to work for and with you on the management of your property) and send it to you for signing
You will sign the managing agency agreement
We will start the onboarding process
