Locally focused

Working by our name, we only take on properties that are located in the Jervis Bay area. 

This means we know and understand all our properties and the locations intimately allowing us to assist guests with any queries and questions they may have. It also allows us to keep a regular eye on your property whilst having all properties easily accessible as and when any issues may arise.

If you are looking to holiday rent a property in the Jervis Bay area, using an out of area agent would be one of the biggest mistakes you could make.

A full-service agency

Established in 2006, we have been operating in the Jervis Bay area for many years under the banner of a traditional real estate office. 

Seeing the holiday rental industry morphing into an industry of its own and migrating away from the model running out of a traditional real estate office we made the decision to rebrand and create Experience Jervis Bay in 2020.

A business solely and only focused on managing holiday rentals means we are able to provide full-service end-to-end management of your property including but not limited to:

Located in the main street of Huskisson, the heart of Jervis Bay, we are central and easily accessible to all.

Because people don't stop holidaying we don't stop working! If we're not in the office working we're out and about and on the mobile, always available as and when needed - 24 hours a day.

Constant communication

The biggest complaint from owners in the holiday rental industry is a lack of communication, but we're bucking the trend. 

Providing regular updates and keeping our owners informed and up to date ensures that our owners always know where things are at with their property and also ensures we know we are doing what our owners want.  Be it a monthly email update, phone call to check in, online form for instructions you will be sure to be abreast of what's happening at all times.
