The paperwork and systems you will need to know are:
The people stuff: business communications and personal details
Getting paid: payroll or international money transfers
Guide systems: ExperienceFirst guide portal, guest check in app, Google Calendar for shift availability
The stuff you need to know about getting paid, keeping in touch and finding what you need.
Bob takes care of all your people stuff at ExperienceFirst. It's where you input your personal details (your phone number, uniform size and emergency contacts), learn about the team and read important business updates.
Consider Bob as your homepage from which to access all other company systems. You'll find links to everything you need on the right hand side menu bar.
To start getting paid you will need to set up an account with WISE, an online platform that will enable easy payments across international currencies. It's very simple to get started, just follow the instructions HERE. You can access WISE from the homepage of Bob.
Please ensure you use the same email address that you used to sign into your Bob account. If you would like to use a different email address, please let us know.
You will receive an invitation from our payroll platform called GUSTO. The only thing you need to input are your bank details, all other personal details are stored and updated in Bob. You can access Gusto HERE. Or always from the homepage of Bob.
If you have any questions about using GUSTO, reach out to HR@exp1.com.
The things you need for the job on the road - checking in our guests, accepting shifts, updating availability and accessing tour scripts.
The guide portal allows you to:
Update your availability
Submit your timesheets
Access tour scripts
Send requests for reviews to your guests
Post messages to other guides in your city.
You can access the guide portal HERE. Or always from the homepage of Bob.
The check in app is what we use to check in guests to each of our tours. You can access the check in app relevant to your location from your individual homepage on Bob. To learn more about using the Check in app for different types of tour passes, head to the pre, during and post tour process page.
You will use Google Calendar to update your availability and accept or decline invitations to take a tour. If you do not yet have a Gmail account, we STRONGLY recommend setting one up as it will make communications and tour scheduling much easier.
You can follow these simple instructions to create a Google Account.
