The Casa strictly allows entry at 07:45 and no earlier.

🔸 After welcoming the guests between 7.15 and 7.30, you may have some time to kill should they arrive early. If this happens you can start your tour by explaining the facade of Casa Batlló and its history

🔸 This tour is marketed as VIP Early Access and therefore it is important to maintain the feeling of this being exclusive access. Once other groups start entering from 08:00 on you may find the groups catching up with you at certain portions, particularly as they tend to skim through the routes. Try and be careful to avoid these groups as best as possible and navigate the group in such a way as that you can avoid any possible interruptions.

🔸 From the rooftop you will bring the group down to the Gaudí experience where they will watch a video. After this point you will bring them to have breakfast in the Casa Amatller. Use your Divvy to pay for the set breakfast which is €7.00 per guest. 

Breakfast includes:

• Autumn and Winter option: Hot chocolate and whipped cream 

• Spring and Summer option: chocolate smoothie 

• Always: a pastry of choice

• Infants do not get breakfast

You may buy one breakfast for yourself as guide using the Divvy.

Please be sure to remind the server that you're with a group that has a pretermined price. Do not pay over or under the allocated price.

Troubleshooting

Using your Divvy to problem solve 💳

🔸 It may happen that tickets could not be purchased online and so as back-up we need you to please purchase tickets at the door. 

🔸 When you go to buy, if your group is big, you may have an issue arise where you can only buy 10 tickets max. In that case, let's say you have a group of 11 people you should buy 10 tickets + 1 ticket for example.

🔸 Should an emergency situation happen and you're required to pay with your Divvy, please note that the price is specific to us so you may need to present a copy of an older ticket from a tour you've done before so that they know which price and access to give you on the door.
