• After welcoming the guests, you’ll check them in and begin the historical run through of the neighbourhood. 

• Try to be punctual at all the stops as there will be reservations made under the name of ExperienceFirst or Cristina (or the name of the guide in Bitacora)

• Please keep in mind that the guide is not included in the food price

• Remember you may have dietary requirements in your group. Be sure to check the Google Calendar even notes to see if you need to be careful of someone's requests

• Remember there child options are of a different set price

GENERAL LOGISTIC

• All bookings will have been completed by Cristina prior to the tour’s start

• If a guest chose the vegetarian or vegan or any other option we CAN’T change it at the moment of the check-in 

• If you have any delays or issues such as no-shows you will have to keep the bars (Jai-Ca and Palomino) informed before starting the tour (after checking everyone in), avoid texting them unless there is an issue please
