In 1995, Uncrustables was invented by David Gerske and Len Kretchman. Later that year, Smucker's bought Uncrustables from Gerske and Kretchman. Uncrustables are peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that don't have the crust, which a lot of people don't like. With the invention of Uncrustables, Smucker's became even more popular.
