In Evergreen Public Schools, Teaching, Learning, and Equity is made up of several departments working collaboratively to support schools and increase student achievement. We ground our work in the EPS mission to remove inequities by supporting, affirming, and growing each student to prepare them for success while they are with us and after they graduate.
Our efforts are founded upon the EPS Strategic Plan which prioritizes three key components:
Fostering a culture of safety and belonging where every student feels valued;
Supporting the growth and mastery of grade-level standards to ensure academic achievement; and
Preparing every student to be post-diploma ready, equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success beyond graduation
