EPS Data Dashboard

Henry Kissinger famously said, “If you do not know where you are going, every road will get you nowhere.” His words underscore the importance of having a clear vision and direction-- because without them, even well-intentioned actions can lead us astray.

For this reason, Evergreen Public Schools has developed a data dashboard - to bring clarity and purpose to our efforts and to ensure our direction is visible and shared. 

The EPS data dashboard is more than a collection of numbers; it’s a visual representation of our journey toward continuous improvement. Each metric displayed serves as a mile marker, helping us—and our community—see where we are, how far we've come, and where we still need to go. These high-level indicators offer a snapshot of our organizational health and anchor our work in evidence, not assumptions.

Each section of the dashboard is directly tied to a Strategic Plan goal area, offering an overview of our progress and overall success in achieving district improvement goals.

While this dashboard provides a high-level view, it is just one way we track our ongoing work. The data represented here reflects the culmination of year-round efforts—planning, adjusting, and responding to needs as they arise. As a team, we rely on a wide range of data points, both qualitative and quantitative, throughout the year to help tell a more complete story and to guide our daily work in support of student success.

By aligning our actions with clear goals and openly tracking progress, we’re not just hoping for improvement—we’re planning for it--measuring it--and learning from it. In doing so, we ensure that every step we take is purposeful, and every road leads us closer to the destination that matters most: student success.
