I'm Coach Wooly, this is my first year as head coach at Cascade Middle School. With over 12 years of coaching experience, including five each at Evergreen High School and Union High School, I've also served as an assistant at Cascade Middle School for the past two seasons. My own wrestling journey spans 15 years, from wrestling at Cascade Middle School to Evergreen High School and two years of college wrestling.

Taking on the role of head coach, I'm excited to foster improvement both on and off the mat. My focus extends beyond technical skills; I'm dedicated to building character in our wrestlers. Here's to a season of growth, learning, and success.

I am excited to be at Cascade Middle School, I'm Coach Carlson, and coaching wrestling is my true passion. Over the course of roughly 17 years, I dedicated myself to shaping young athletes, serving as the head coach at Pacific Middle School for the last six. Wrestling has been a part of my life since middle school, continued through high school, and even a year at Western Oregon University. Witnessing kids progress and achieve brings me immense joy, and I'm thrilled to inspire the next generation of wrestlers here at Cascade Middle School.

This is my second-year coaching wrestling at Cascade Middle School, I'm Coach Blake. Having coached track and field at Cascade Middle School last season, I bring a diverse coaching background to the team. With personal experience in wrestling throughout middle and high school, I am thrilled to continue guiding and supporting our young athletes at Cascade. The opportunity to contribute to their growth and development is something I look forward to with great enthusiasm.

Hey there, I'm Coach Nevaeh, and wrestling has been my passion since I was just a kid. From my early days in grade school to my time at Union High School, I've lived and breathed the sport. For the past two seasons, I've had the incredible opportunity to coach girls at Union, watching them grow and excel on the mat.
