Hey there, everyone! I'm Coach Greenwell, and I'm incredibly proud to serve as the Head Volleyball Coach here at Cascade Middle School. With five years of coaching experience in both high school and middle school volleyball, as well as a background in collegiate volleyball, I bring a passion for the game and a commitment to excellence to our volleyball program.

During my college years, volleyball was my passion, and I had the privilege of playing at the collegiate level. Those experiences not only taught me the ins and outs of the game but also instilled in me a love for coaching and mentoring young athletes.

For the past five years, I've had the pleasure of serving as a counselor at Cascade, where I've had the opportunity to work closely with students and build strong relationships. Now, as the head volleyball coach, I'm dedicated to fostering those same connections with my teams.

One thing you can always count on with my teams is that we have fun while being competitive. I believe that sports should be enjoyable and that fostering a positive team culture is essential for success both on and off the court. Whether we're practicing drills, strategizing for a match, or competing in a game, my goal is to create an environment where athletes can thrive, grow, and develop their skills.

I'm incredibly excited to continue this journey with the talented athletes here at Cascade Middle School. Together, let's work hard, have fun, and strive for greatness on the volleyball court. Go Cougars!

Hey there, everyone! I'm Coach Carl, and I'm excited to continue serving as an assistant volleyball coach here at Cascade Middle School. With two years of experience as a counselor at Cascade, I've had the pleasure of working closely with students and contributing to our school community. As a member of the volleyball coaching staff for the past two years, I'm dedicated to helping our athletes grow, develop, and succeed both on and off the court.

One thing you'll always find with my team is that we have a lot of fun! While we work hard to improve our skills and compete at our best, we also prioritize creating a positive and supportive team environment. I believe that sports should be enjoyable and that fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendship is essential for success.

Whether we're on the volleyball court or the sidelines cheering on our teams, I'm dedicated to helping our student-athletes develop their skills, build positive character, and make lasting memories. Dee Thomas

I'm Coach Crowston, and I'm thrilled to be serving as an assistant volleyball coach here at Cascade Middle School. With over 20 years of teaching and coaching experience at Cascade, I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm to our volleyball program.

While my college years at both the University of Oregon and Portland State were filled with football and baseball, my love for sports has always been broad. In high school, basketball was my game, but now as a coach, I find joy in helping athletes excel in various sports.

As the Head Boys Basketball Coach and assistant coach for girls basketball and track, I've had the privilege of working with students on multiple playing fields. Utilizing my experiences as a student-athlete and coach, I aim to guide our young players in developing skills and reaching their full potential.

In my role as an assistant volleyball coach, I'm dedicated to fostering a supportive and encouraging environment where athletes can thrive and grow. Whether it's on the court, the field, or the track, I believe in creating opportunities for athletes to discover their strengths and build character through sports.
