Coach 

Hi Everyone! My name is Coach Lindsey, this is my 2nd year as head coach at Cascade Middle School. I have had over 20 years of dance & cheer experience including Union HS Dance Team, Union HS Cheer Team, Mountain View Varsity Cheer, Pop Warner Cheerleading, Pacific MS Dance Team, Dayley Dance Academy, Pulse Dance Studio, Kara's Dance Studio & Abby Lee Dance Company. I have always loved not only learning dance growing up but also making up routines of my own. My first ever coaching experience was when I was 15 years old at Pacific Middle School alongside the head coaches & fell in love with being able to help others grow their love & knowledge for the sport. I knew after that year that once I turned 18 that I wanted to pursue a career in teaching dance. 

My goals for being head coach is to not only inspire others who want to learn about dance but to also help them grow individually. I like to also encourage team building, positivity among our team as well as showing other teams encouragement at competitions & help build dancers strength on & off the dance floor. I strive for development & look forward to helping grow dance at Cascade!
