Hello, everyone! I'm Coach Carl, and I'm thrilled to be serving as the Head Cheer Coach here at Cascade.

I believe that cheerleading is about more than just leading cheers—it's about promoting positive character, building community, and fostering a sense of unity among students. My goal as a coach is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where every member of the team feels valued, supported, and empowered to shine.

One thing you'll always find with my team is that we have a lot of fun! While we work hard to perfect our routines and cheers, we also prioritize having a good time and building lasting friendships. I believe that laughter and camaraderie are essential ingredients for success both on and off the sidelines.
