Sign in for the first time
Go to classroom.google.com and click Sign In.
Enter your G Suite for Education username or your personal Google Account username and click Next.
Remember: Your account username should look like you@europaschool.uk
2.Enter your username and click Sign in.
3. Enter your password.
If there is a welcome message, read it and click Accept.
4.If you're using a G Suite for Education account, click I’m A Student
5.Click Get Started.
How to get into a classroom
Press the plus sign in the top right.
Then you have to type in a code that your teacher will give you. After entering the code press JOIN.
Also take a moment and click on the three bars at the left - settings - to check your general settings. You may want to turn your email notifications off, but then make sure to check your calendar and google classroom regularly.
Then you are added to your google classroom. Just remember to check your calendar and to do list often to know what your teacher wants you to do.

We have successfully accessed google classroom on our Xbox via the (usually default installed) EDGE browser and via our Android TV using the pre-installed opera browser.
The Xbox controller is far easier than using the TV remote, which is slow. Both allow you to view classroom as normal including all attached files. We don't think you can upload work, though, so this might require using a phone's camera to make a file of student's work and uploading via google's phone classroom app.
The Xbox controllers button/joysticks work as follows:
A = select or bring up the online keyboard to type in login etc.
X = go back/ delete last character (when typing in info)
= = ENTER (the button is three parallel lines)
LH trigger = toggle between qwerty and character keyboard
LH joystick = moves the online-cursor in the browser
LH joystick pressed can toggle between small and capital letter online keyboards and
LH joystick pressed and held when on a scrollbar allows RH cursor to move the scrollbar
