Opening Hours and Access
Access to Aston Cross Business Village and the Aqueous II building is 24 hours a day via the main reception.
Security
The building is protected by a mixture of mobile patrols and electronic systems. A CCTV system covers appropriate internal and external areas of the property, the car park and the reception area.
For any issues concerning the CCTV outside of the office, please email gen.uk.astoncross_support@euromaster.com alternatively for issues relating to the CCTV inside the office, please email the HR team at gen.uk.hr@euromaster.com
Employee ID Passes
Colleagues are required to carry their ID pass on them at all times whilst at the Aston Cross Business Village and in the main office building. It will not be possible to access the building without an ID pass.
If you forget your ID pass, you will need to contact your line manager to give you access to the building. If you lose your ID pass, you must report this immediately by emailing gen.uk.astoncross_support@euromaster.com.
The ID passes will be issued by the Aston Cross support team.
For any new starters that require an ID pass, the HR team will notify the Support team of the new starter in advance of their start date. The Line Manager should make arrangements with the Support team to collect the new starter’s ID pass on the new starter’s first day. At the same time, the new starter will be issued with a parking permit and a locker key if required.
If you leave the Company, you must hand your ID pass to your Line Manager on your last day, who should then return this to the Aston Cross Support team. The ID pass will then be cancelled to restrict any further access to the building.

There is a security guard on the gate of the business village but they are not responsible for the building. If there is an intruder or in the event of an emergency, contact 999 and notify your line manager at the earliest opportunity.
There will be adequately trained first aiders and fire marshals onsite at all times and these people will be made known to colleagues.

First Aiders & First Aid Room
There is a first aid room located on the second floor. Checks and monitoring of first aid equipment and the replenishing of stock will be the responsibility of the Aston Cross Support team.
Outside the first aid room there is a fully automatic external defibrillator (AED) for use in the event of a cardiac arrest. This unit has been designed for use by either trained or untrained persons, simply following the audible and visual instructions.
Colleagues who have undertaken suitable training and hold an appropriate valid First Aid qualification will play the role of First Aider. These colleagues will be clearly identified by a First Aider sign on their desk.
First Aiders are responsible for:
Administering first aid to colleagues in accordance with their training, when required to do so, and to refer colleagues for specialist help, when required.
Recording all treatment provided on the health and safety portal, including the nature of first aid given, together with the date and time it was given.
To present themselves for training at the appropriate time.
In the absence of a first aider, the supervisor or manager should seek guidance by dialling 111 for non-emergency healthcare issues, and 999 in the event of an emergency. In the absence of a supervisor or manager, colleagues should follow the same process and seek guidance.
