Toilets
There are ladies, gentlemen's and disabled toilets located on each floor of the main office building. Toilet facilities are provided for the use of the whole building and are not solely for the use of ATS Euromaster. Colleagues are encouraged to use the toilet facilities on the floors allocated to ATS Euromaster in order to avoid conflict with other tenants. Please ensure that toilets are left clean and tidy after use at all times.
If there is an issue with the toilets or the shower and drying facilities, please report this by emailing gen.uk.astoncross_support@euromaster.com
Shower and Drying Facilities
There are shower and drying facilities available on the ground floor for the use of the whole building. Please ensure that facilities are left clean and tidy after use at all times.
Air Con
The general management of the air conditioning is the responsibility of the landlord at Aston Cross.
The air conditioning is controlled by 3 individual panels across each floor of the offices and within individual meeting rooms.
In the event of a problem with the air conditioning system, please email gen.uk.astoncross_support@euromaster.com between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
Outside of these hours, in an emergency, please call 01480 484 900 or alternatively email clsh@elogbooks.co.uk
Stationery Supplies
There is one central stationery cupboard which is located on the first floor.
Departments are not permitted to manage or store separate stationery supplies for their own areas.
Only core items, which have been agreed by the Leadership Team, will be available. This includes notepads, pens, post it notes, staples and envelopes etc.
Please only take one of each item required. If you take the last piece of a stocked item, please email gen.uk.astoncross_support@euromaster.com so replenishment stock can be ordered.
If you require something that is not on the core list, please email gen.uk.astoncross_support@euromaster.com with the product details and copy in your line manager for approval.
There will be basic everyday stationery items stocked in the cupboards by printers.
Post
Incoming Post
The postal address will direct mail to the first floor, where the post room facility is located. The postal service will bring mail to the door of that floor where they will leave any deliveries that do not have to be signed for.
In the event that a delivery requires a signature, whoever opens the door must sign for the item and place it in the post room.
Occasionally, post might be left in the shared reception. Colleagues are encouraged to retrieve items belonging to ATS Euromaster and take them to the post room if they see them on their way into the building.
It is the responsibility of each department to collect their received items from the post room. Once a month, items unclaimed for more than two weeks will be disposed of.
Outgoing Post
Most outgoing postage will be sent via an electronic mailing service.
Parcels and adhoc letters are dispatched using the Royal Mail Click and Drop Service. Use of this is the responsibility of the person despatching the items. Information on how to access the service can be found HERE on Connect.
There is a post box onsite for larger items and there is a Post Office near Tructyre at 74 Rupert St, Nechells, Birmingham, B7 5DT which is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
Waste and Recycling
Use the bins provided in the office area for all non-organic waste and in the kitchen area for waste contaminated with foodstuffs. During the day, if the bins are full, colleagues are asked to empty the bin, take the bin bag to the bin storage and replace the bin bag. The bin storage can be found to the right of the office building when facing the building and bin bags can be found in the kitchen cupboards. Larger items can be placed directly into the bins outside the building. The bins will be emptied daily by the cleaning contractors.
Disposal of Confidential Waste
We no longer have the blue paper bins on site. To dispose of any confidential documents, please use the shredder in the post room on the first floor. For non-confidential paper waste, please use regular bins on either floor.
Business Deliveries
If you plan a business delivery, you must arrange for yourself or another nominated person to be available to accept the goods. You will also need to arrange for their storage. If the items are heavy and you need help with moving or storing the item, then please arrange adequate help in advance and advise where items are to be stored.
By default, all deliveries will be directed to the first floor. In the event that they should go to the second floor, specific instructions must be given to the delivering company.
Personal Deliveries
Personal deliveries such as Amazon and online shopping deliveries are NOT permitted at any time to the office address.
Food deliveries are acceptable but colleagues must arrange and collect the deliveries themselves and follow the eating and drinking guidelines in place.
