Car Parking and Parking Permits
Each building at Aston Cross Business Village has adequate, dedicated on-site parking facilities. The main perimeter and access roads are marked to prevent unlawful parking.
We have 53 car parking spaces for ATS Euromaster colleagues and visitors. These will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Colleagues should only park in the parking spaces allocated to ATS Euromaster and you must display clearly the parking permit issued to you.
There are 5 spaces allocated to visitors which are highlighted in pink on the map below.
They are also indicated by a ‘Visitor Parking Only’ sign. These 5 spaces are bookable via the meeting room bookings on Google calendars and must be for genuine visitors. ATS colleagues must not park in a visitor’s space, even if all the other spaces are taken. If there are no colleague spaces available at the office, you must park in the overflow car park. Colleagues from Tructyre and Michelin Group should also use the overflow car park as ATS colleagues.
The parking permits will be issued by the Aston Cross Support team which consists of Yvonne Lea, Melony McBride and Karon Evans. For any new starters that require a parking permit, this will be issued at the same time as their ID pass. Please refer to section 2.3 below.
If you lose your parking permit or change your vehicle, you will need to email gen.uk.astoncross_support@euromaster.com to arrange a replacement.
If you leave the Company, you must hand your parking permit to your Line Manager on your last day, who should then return this to the Aston Cross Support team.
Colleagues must take due care and attention to ensure their vehicle is parked safely and is not illegally or inappropriately parked or poses an unacceptable risk. Where possible we ask that you reverse into a space to allow an easier exit.
The landlord has employed the services of Spring Parking, a private parking enforcement company, for the Aston Cross car park. This applies 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
This means anyone incorrectly parked and/or NOT displaying an ATS parking permit could be liable for a parking charge.
It is crucial when parking at Aston Cross that you MUST:
Only park in an ATS designated space.
Display your ATS permit in clear view on your dashboard.
Colleagues who are incorrectly parked, or who are not displaying a permit, are liable for the following charge: £55.00 which will rise to £90 if not paid within 14 days.
Frequent checks will be carried out by Spring Parking who will issue vehicles with a ticket if parked incorrectly or not displaying a necessary permit.
Important: It is your responsibility to ensure you are parked correctly and are displaying a permit. If you receive a parking ticket, it is your responsibility to pay for it. ATS Euromaster and/or Tructyre will not cover the cost of any parking charge.
Please see the following map of ATS Euromaster car parking spaces.
Please note: the spaces highlighted in pink are for visitors only
Overflow Car Park
The overflow car park (pictured above) holds additional parking spaces in Wainwright Street, B6 5TJ, this is available for anyone who can't find a parking space at Aston Cross.
You are not to use this car park outside of working hours
Please see the location map below.
Overflow Pin Code
Colleagues will require a pin code to access the overflow car park. The pin code is 6519 . This code should not be given to anyone who does not work for ATS Euromaster and is only to be used by ATS Colleagues. If the pin code is changed, colleagues will be notified of the new pin code.
The pedestrian route to and from the overflow car park is a shorter route using Catherine Street to access the rear pedestrian gate to the Business Village.
The route is approximately a three minute walk, highlighted in yellow below.
Pedestrian and Gate Opening Times
We can confirm that the rear pedestrian gate to Aston Cross is open from 5am and closes at 10pm.
The rear vehicle gate to Aston Cross is open from 3.30pm and closes at 10pm.
Please note: these times have been provided to us by Aston Cross site security who are responsible for opening and closing the gates.

Disabled Parking
Aston Cross has designated disabled parking bays that have been clearly marked in the Aston Cross car park and should only be used by blue badge holders only.
Bicycle and Motorcycle Parking
There are a limited number of spaces for bicycles at the Aston Cross Business Village. The bicycle racks are located to the right, at the rear of the building. Colleagues are responsible for ensuring their bicycles are secured and they are at left at the owner's own risk.
There are no specific spaces for motorcycle parking. Please use one of the car parking spaces available and refer to the guidance set out under Car Parking in section 1.4.
Electric Charging Points
There are four 7kw electric charging points in the overflow car park. These are serviced from a single pole system. Non-electric vehicles must not park in any of the designated spaces.
Due to the size of our Company electric car fleet, these cars take priority for use of these charging points. The Company does however reserve the right to review and/or change this arrangement, following any update to the current tax rules.
On arrival, you must park in the bay which is furthest from the charger pole that allows your vehicle to be connected safely. This will ensure that later arrivals will be able to connect, irrespective of the format of their vehicle.
As there are only four charging points, charging is limited to four (4) hours maximum per day per vehicle. You must then arrange to move your vehicle into another car parking space in either a break or lunch break to free up the space for someone else to use if needed.
The electric charging points can be used by way of the Monta Charge App, which can be accessed via the App Store. Users will need to register using an ATS work email address (do not register using a mobile number) so that the business can verify you as a user prior to use.
The cost of the electricity is variable (at the time of the last publication on 1 November 2025 it was 28p per kWh).
For any queries relating to the Monta App, please contact the Aston Cross Support team on gen.uk.astoncross_support@euromaster.com.
