The objective of this project from the priority axis Supporting employment and workforce adaptability (investment priority Helping workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to adapt to change) is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of employees and thus ensure compliance of their qualifications and competencies with requirements for performed work activities.


The project aims to increase the professional knowledge, skills and competences of employees of the member entities through the implementation of training courses. The courses will focus on IT, soft and managerial skills, language education, accounting, economics and law with the use of internal lecturers.


We see the causes of the problem in the insufficient resources of the employer for continuous education of employees and for the support of modern human resource management systems. Another reason is the lack of interest of the workforce in continuing to educate themselves in order to supplement or change their qualifications, as well as insufficient responses to changing labor market requirements due to technological changes.

800 people will join the project and 481 people will be supported (will receive trivial support). The project will involve participants over 54 years of age, participants in the education or training process after completing their participation, participants who have qualified after completing their participation, disadvantaged participants seeking employment after completing their participation, in the education process or training, upgrading their qualifications or being employed, even self-employed.
