The Energy-Technical Innovation Cluster was established as a civic association in December 2013 by five founding members. In 2014, as a result of the entry into force of the new Civil Code, it was transformed into an association, which at the beginning of 2015 reached the number of 15 members. At present, the cluster has 39 members, of which 33 are small and medium-sized enterprises.

The main goals of the cluster include the creation of a sufficiently wide quality membership base covering the maximum of logically related fields, sharing production and development potential between individual members, promoting common interests and the implementation of joint projects.
