Loans

If you would like to request a LOAN from ASB to your club:

1. Email asbtreasurerevhs@gmail.com prior to submitting printed forms, informing them of the loan.

2. Print ASB Loan Application form and Club Meeting Minutes (linked below) to turn in to ASB in-person and tell the ASB Treasurer that your club is requesting a loan.

• Paper must be signed by ALL officers and advisors.

• Loan must be approved by ASB via their signatures on the application form.

3. ASB will hold a meeting to determine if there will be an allotment of funds or not. This is entirely up to their discretion. 

Your club will request or be given a certain date to pay back your loan.

• • Failure to do so results in immediate denial of all future loans and a strike.
