All in-person club fundraisers require advisor supervision and an ERF.
a. Off-Campus fundraisers that do not require student participation do not require advisor supervision.
All money earned by a club / student organization MUST be deposited into the School Bank.
Club Advisor and Treasurer are responsible for keeping concise records and copies of ALL RPO forms, deposit receipts, and purchase receipts.
Advisor must be present at all times that sales are ongoing - ESPECIALLY with a cashbox.
Only your advisor can pick up GoFan card readers or cashboxes for concession sales from the school bank.

Marketing is NOT permitted until ERF approval.
Requirements:
Announcements must be submitted using ESUHSD email 3 days prior to the event.
Club Announcements must be made on all Club Socials.
Inclusive to the entire school or a specific grade.
