Donations

GIVING DONATIONS:

Once money is deposited into the School Bank, it CANNOT be donated.
All money that goes into the School Bank is considered ASB funds. Clubs CANNOT donate ASB funds; this is illegal.
Charity donations must be made in cash or online. Donations to charities must be made directly to the charity, not the club.
Receipts showing the donation must be in the Club Folder with minutes.

RECEIVING DONATIONS:

All donations made to EVHS Clubs or Sports must be deposited into the School Bank ASAP.
Receipts for donations must be in Club Resources folder with Minutes
When clubs receive a donation, checks must be made to:
- - EVHS ASB "Your Club Name"
