Large Event ERFS
Events that are located in the:
Theater
Gym
Cougar Hall
TLC
Must have a submitted ERF by the Large Event ERF Deadline at the start of the year

Marketing
Marketing must not begin before ERF approval.
A strike will be given if this is done.
Flyers must be hung with blue painter's tape, 2 weeks prior.
Marketing has to be removed within 2 school days after the event.

Club announcements must be made on Club Socials & Minga Groups.

Recurring Practices / Meetings
Submit 1 ERF for the ALL practices / reccurring meetings. (EX. First Monday of each month)
General Meeting ERFs = submitted at the beginning of the year
Club meetings may not begin until ERF approval.
Clubs CANNOT submit practice ERFs more than 2 months before show date
ERF Submissions
Submit ERFs one month PRIOR to your event.
ERFS MUST include:

Supervision Map(s):
Supervision
All club events (online and in-person) must be supervised by club advisor(s).
Your advisor must approve of your event and commit to supervising it
If your advisor RVSPs "no" to the event -> you will recieve a STRIKE
Only your advisor may handle the cash box, no students may be left alone with the cash box
The only exception is:
OFF-CAMPUS Fundraisers DO NOT require advisor supervision
