Housing Authority of Santa Clara County - Santa Clara County Housing Authority (SCCHA) offers voucher programs and rental properties that help make rental housing safe and affordable for over 20,000 low-income families and individuals.

Adobe Services - Abode Services’ mission is to end homelessness by assisting low-income, un-housed people, including those with special needs, to secure stable, supportive housing; and to be advocates for the removal of the causes of homelessness.

San Jose City Housing - The Rent Stabilization Program and Eviction Help Center focuses on enforcing the City's ordinances through education, engagement, and collaboration to build and maintain safe, healthy, and sustainable communities. We would like to empower tenants about their rights, eviction process and the options they can take to resolve concerns regarding their home. Depending on the unit they reside, it may be covered under one of our ordinances which grants them the opportunity to petition.
