East Side Union High School District Adult Transition Program
The Adult Transition Program helps special education students and their families by providing training, support, and an educational program for individuals ages 18 to 22 years with the goal of having the students transition from high school to a role of contributing adults in the community and becoming as independent as possible.
TWO CAMPUSES
The ATP Program has two state-of-the-art locations that support instruction in life skills, community access, and pre-vocational activities. The newest campus is an 8,900-square-foot building, located at the Education Center along Capitol Avenue.
