Agency Goals Overview
The leadership team finalized the following agency goals for the next 5-year improvement cycle:
SYSTEMS: Advocate for and support the development of effective MTSS systems.
IMPACT: Quantify the impact of ESU programs and services.
CULTURE & CLIMATE: Elevate workplace communication and relationships.
Additionally, individual staff members will be working toward a final recommendation from the external visit team to "Achieve organizational sustainability by formalizing and documenting processes and planning for leadership transition."

At the Superincipal Meeting on Aug 1, school district administrators were invited to respond to the following questions:
What must the ESU do in the next 5 years to impact educator and student performance? (Vision)
What essential qualities must ESU employees possess in order to work effectively with our district? (Values)
Vision
To walk alongside and guide each school district on their respective and unique journeys toward a common destination: growth and success for all – educators and students.
Individually, is this proposal a statement that inspires you? What changes would you suggest that retain the original intent? Use your ESU #17 notebook!
