Cuyahoga DD supports people with Developmental Disabilities to live, learn, work, and play. This session will provide participants with an overview of Cuyahoga DD services and supports including how to apply for services and supports available while a student is in school, planning for graduation, and after graduation.
Heidi is a Manager of Support Administration with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities. She holds a bachelor's degree in communication disorders from Case Western Reserve University and a master's degree in public administration from American Public University. She has held a variety of positions supporting people with developmental disabilities including direct care in residential and day program settings, support administration, and supervisory and management positions with Cuyahoga DD. Heidi has extensive training in person centered thinking and planning and currently works directly with Support Administrators that support transition age youth.
