HQSD conversations

As teachers begin to explore incorporating HQSD into their teacher evaluation discussions, a popular question comes up: "What does this look like in my content area?" This page provides a number of authentic Ohio teachers exploring HQSD measures available to them. Please note, these video clips are examples, not necessarily exemplars. Thanks to all the teachers willing to openly discuss the use of data in their classroom practices.

Most decisions surrounding HQSD are locally determined; individual districts will develop the processes teachers will follow to ensure HQSD measures meet the seven criteria and four uses identified in the HQSD Guidance Tool.
