Preparing students to live the "good life" after graduating from high school requires multiple supports from those that are eligibility specific to those that are family and community based. Join us for a day of learning about how best practices in secondary transition, coupled with the many different types of integrated supports can help each student realize his/her good life.

On Thursday, October 17, 2024, the State Support Team Region 3 is hosting an all-day (8:30am - 3:45pm) event that we are calling Individual Voice and Planning for the Good Life.  Our target audience for this VIRTUAL event will be school personnel who work both directly and indirectly with students with disabilities, adult service agencies, such as county boards of developmental disabilities & rehabilitation services, parent mentors, community support agencies, career-technical education professionals, and members of the business community.  The day will feature presentations from a wide variety of agencies and organizations that support self-determination, self-advocacy, supported decision-making, and promote independence and success for individuals with disabilities in Ohio. This website houses information and resources from all the presenters at the conference.
