Do you need to improve your digital literacy skills? Let's find an in-person Digital Literacy class near you. Digital Literacy classes are offered to adult students who are 18 years and older. Classes are offered at the Adult Education Center in Wichita Falls, Texas who are wanting to improve their digital literacy skills.

Call the Adult Education Center at 940-322-6928 to make an intake appointment. At the appointment, bring two forms of identification (government identification & social security card) to complete registration paperwork with one of the Adult Education Center staff members. Registration paperwork includes enrollment form & training and education plan.

Be administered the Test for Adult Basic Education (TABE) to designate a baseline in reading, math, and language before starting classes.

Attend 40 or more instructional hours and miss no more than 3 absences in an 8-week session
Take a progress assessment after you reach 40 hours.

Distance Learning access will be given when you reach 12 direct hours in the classroom. After you have been given access, please work in your Distance Learning Curriculum (Essential Education or Northstar Digital Assessment) for 2-4 hours outside of class each week.
