How to upload documents to your TOPP Profile

Begin registering CONNECT20 for upcoming training sessions
From Orientation Documents Folder emailed to you download the following documents"
Print out and sign - Intern Agreement & TOPP Candidate Course Plan

Upload to TOPP Profile

TOPP Staff will upload the Orientation Certificate to candidate profile of 3.0 hours after verifying documents.
If you have not viewed the video on how to upload documents to your TOPP Profile, you will find this information in the How to ? page of this Google Site.
TOPP Staff will verify uploads and upload Orientation Certificate for you.
Candidates accepted during the months of March - April will need to set up on Field Based Experience "under the supervision of a certified teacher" AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Create an electronic folder to hold all FBE documentation.
Request a "Letter of Eligibility" (LOE) from toppstaff@esc20.net
Review the school district "Human Resource" page for information on "field based experience requests".
If you worked as an Instructional Assistance or substitute teacher "under the supervision of a certified teacher" within the last two years, you may complete FBE documentation "under the supervision of a certified teacher" using that experience towards 15 hours.
All candidates will be required to complete the 15-hours of video observation to meet TEA observation requirements. Save the FBE fillable documents into the folder. Work on the documents until video observations complete.
When you have completed all FBE documentation. Save documents into a PDF. Upload to your TOPP Profile.
Set up a study plan on how much time you will be able to dedicate daily to study and prepare for TExES content exam.
Check your junk/spam email should you not receive the email granting access to online training.
