Candidates completing "Eligibility Requirements" will be provided a "Letter of Eligibility" (LOE).
What is the LOE?
The LOE is the document TOPP will provide to you when you have completed eligibility requirements. Public school districts/charters schools request this document when submitting an online application.
The LOE may also be referred to as letter of qualification from the EPP (educator preparation program).
The LOE informs district/charter school, which EPP you are affiliated with and verification you can be placed on an intern certificate.
