What type of presentation (drug prevention, bullying, dating violence, etc)
Grades level of students- Example of groups: K-3, 4-6, 7-8, 9-10. Keep child development in mind when grouping students together. Please also include number of students anticipated in attendance (social distancing).
If multiple presentations are requested, please indicate the length of time allotted for each presentation.
