Our class bear Paddington is always on the look out for children who are being kind, show lovely manners, share well with friends and who are trying their very best. He has been so impressed with all of the boys and girls in Primary 2 Alpha already! 

Paddington gets a little lonely over the weekends when the children are away and so every Friday he chooses a special friend to have a sleepover with. He brings his backpack and diary for the children/families to write a few sentences about what they get up to together. Please know that Paddington is a happy and modest bear who loves nothing more than a cuddle with his friends. He is so excited to join the children over the weekend. However, please feel no pressure to go on any additional adventures that you would not already be doing with your children. All of the boys and girls will get a chance to take Paddington home with them over the course of this year.

In other exciting news, Paddington keeps his very special suitcase in our classroom. Sometimes, he even leaves some little surprises inside for the children too!
