Welcome to our Nursery Website.
Here at Busby, we are committed to giving every child the best early learning and childcare experience possible. We support each child’s holistic development through our play approach and through a nurturing environment. Our practice is child-centred and heavily informed by the Scottish Government's guidance document Realising the Ambition: Being Me.
In particular, we celebrate and respond to our children, families and staff as individuals. We believe this is key to achieving our potential as individuals and as a setting.
In our new Nursery blog here, we share with you month by month examples of the children's learning experiences and the many different types of play we offer to promote their health and development.

"My daughter is so happy going to nursery and is building friendships and talking about lots of games and activities she has played with others. (We now all have to play Duck, Duck, Goose at home!) She has learned new nursery rhymes and beginning to recognise rhyme. She is also learning songs and numbers and loves trying to write and mark make. She loves listening to stories and is able to talk about books she's heard at nursery. I am so delighted with how happy she is and the progress she is making. Thank you."
