Launch of HorseSportPro for Vaulting Competitions

HorseSportPro for Vaulting Competition Management has launched! 

The system had a successful test run as the only competition management system at an EVUSA Recognized competition in September, as the culmination of a series of usage tests over the summer.

• Competition Managers: you are welcome to begin setting up your 2024 competitions.  

  • Please be sure to leave enough time for a learning curve on the new system!

  • How to start?  The Competition Managers page on the HorseSportPro Help Center website is for you! 

• Club entry managers:  there’s lots of content for you on the Entry Managers’ page. 

  • Including waiver management and club music management!

• We are steadily adding content to the website, prompted by questions, education sessions, and lessons learned from competitions.

ACTION - join the mailing list. If you are a stakeholder (competition manager, club entry manager, or if you run a specific function at competitions e.g. music or volunteers), you are invited to take part in a group mailing list for discussion and exchange of information about the HorseSportPro system, and to be sure to receive future announcements about the system.

• Stakeholders are encouraged to join the discussion list, but I will attempt to keep this list of HSP list announcements up to date.

Active development on the system continues, as we work to fix shortcomings and to implement many of the conveniences we appreciated from CompWeb.  However, we are excited to present robust new capabilities such as Music Management (self-service by clubs, and integrated into the Schedule) and Waiver Management.
