Getting started: accessing & logging on to HorseSportPro
Using the Chrome web browser (available for all computer platforms), navigate to horsesport.pro.
Log in - to create or enter competitions. Log In (under Your Account), using your EVUSA User Name and Password (the same as you use to manage your EVUSA/AVA membership account). Select "Equestrian Vaulting USA" as your Sport Organization.
No Log In - Alternatively, you may view available Events or Results without logging in.

Who can use HSP?
Anyone with an EVUSA membership may apply for and set up a competition (Recognized, or unrecognized) within the new system. Competition Managers simply hit the green "Create Competition" button to begin.
Anyone with an EVUSA membership may register an Entry Group (e.g. a Club, or an Independent) for any Active Competition.
No “invitations” to events are issued or needed - any EVUSA member can access the list of Active Competitions on the horsesport.pro website, and can enter an Entry Group. It will be up to Club Managers to ensure that their club entries are made by the person whom they want to make those entries (i.e. to educate new parents that competition entries go through the club).
Any EVUSA member automatically will have a corresponding HSP login (same username and password).
For those of us running Unrecognized competitions which permit entry by non-EVUSA members, their options include:
Purchasing the inexpensive EVUSA Fan membership or full competing membership;
Creating an EVUSA Account without purchasing a membership. For how-to, see next question.
EVUSA Account without EVUSA membership
All entries and competitions are linked to their author, therefore to make any entries or create competitions, an EVUSA account is needed to access them. It is possible to create an EVUSA account without purchasing an EVUSA membership, but these accounts will not be allowed to create competitions (using the HorseSportPro system to manage competitions is a member benefit).
To create an EVUSA account / login, use the EVUSA Sign Up button and go through all the steps to create an account, but stop short of purchasing a membership.
Is there a fee for using HSP?
There are no fees to Entry Managers for using HSP.
EVUSA does charge usage fees to all Competition Managers who use either CompWeb or HSP to run a competition:
Recognized competitions will pay an additional $1 per vaulter (new total of $8 per vaulter fee to be remitted to EVUSA with post-competition reporting).
Barrel-only competitions or CVIs, which have no way to EVUSA recognize as they cannot offer EVUSA Recognized Events will pay $1 per vaulter.
Competitions which include any horse events but which do not apply for EVUSA Recognition will pay $3 per vaulter.
Competitions are only considered to be different events if they have different prize lists and entry systems, and their classes do not intermingle - i.e. one competition must close before the next begins.
