Summarizing the most noticeable changes Entry Managers will experience in the CompWeb-to-HSP transition.
Any EVUSA Member can register an Entry Group for a show, not just Registered Clubs. An “Entry Group” is any group of competitors who wish to enter a competition together. This will usually be a club, but could also be an Independent vaulter. Coaches should be aware that anyone with an EVUSA website account also automatically has a HorseSport.pro account, so anyone can enter a competition. Clubs need to communicate among themselves to ensure that only the intended Entry Manager makes the club entries.
Competition Invitation emails and competition updates may now be sent by organizers from within the system, and will appear in Entry Group managers' inboxes as from "noreply@horsesport.pro".
Entry Assistants. The Entry Manager may invite assistants to help with entries, e.g. to upload music.
Music upload into the system. Each Entry Manager uploads music directly into the HSP system as a "library" for each Entry Group. From that library, the Entry Manager assigns a music file to each performance. Tutorial video.
Online Waivers. As Entry Managers enter each competitor, it is important to include their email address so they can receive notification to complete online competition waivers. Entry managers also manage their competitors' waivers: tutorial video.

Entry managers can now monitor which of their competitors has completed required waivers for a competition: video.
Alert! - the waivers you send your participants from the system will very often end up in their "Spam" or "Junk" folders. This is not something that can be fixed from the HorseSportPro end; it is the consequence of vigilant anti-spam email programs - so entry managers should alert your competitors to go looking for these emails, and to mark any they find as "not spam".

QUESTION: Does the whole group use the same run-in or is there a way to designate run-in music for different classes?
ANSWER: If you upload more than one file that is auto-identified as run-in, then for each of your group's goes, the music people will have to choose the correct run-in track - so make sure your uploaded run-in is named as clearly as possible to be identifiable at a glance!
That is, there is NOT a way to designate special run-in for specific classes. All your run-in pieces are shown to the music people for EACH of your goes, and they have to pick the right one based on their names.
