Website Walkthrough.mp4It can be overwhelming to approach the "finish line" of high school. That's because it's not just the finish line, it's also the starting line.
We want to ensure that every graduating student has a concrete and actionable plan to achieve their post-graduation goals. Through 1:1 & group meetings, we meet with seniors at Epic to assist and support them as they transition. We also connect with & support our alumni.
Virtual "walk-in" hours are available every Tuesday & Thursday from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM (zoom link). There will be no office hours April 29 - May 3.
Seniors can reach out directly or through their CCA, roster teachers, or parents. Those interested in Transition Services should complete this Google Form.
