We help Epic seniors to create concrete, actionable plans for life after graduation. Through one-on-one meetings, we help students clarify goals, explore their options, and take meaningful steps toward the future. We continue to support alumni as they navigate life after high school.
Seniors can reach out directly or through their College & Career Advisors, roster teachers, or guardians. Those interested in meeting with the Transition Specialist should make an appointment.

Prepare U
Prepare U is a series of events and self-paced sessions designed to help students build confidence and essential skills for life after high school. Topics include career exploration, workplace readiness, job applications, and more.
For the 2025–2026 school year, asynchronous sessions will be available in Schoology using Pear Deck. Live Zoom workshops will also be offered throughout the year. Students who complete sessions receive personalized feedback from Transition Services.
All content will be available through the Schoology platform.
