Epic Department Internships

Epic departments are seeking interns for the upcoming 2023/24 school year. These positions are open to all high school students, however, a select few are open to only students in grades 11-12. Some of these opportunities can be completed 100% remotely, while others are a combination of in-person and remote engagement. Please review the options carefully and apply for the position that best fits your area of interest.

Epic Peer Tutoring Internships

Are you interested in helping children learn? Do you enjoy working with kids? You may be the perfect fit for Peer Tutoring! This program allows you to tutor younger students (3rd-8th grade) in reading or math while you receive credit for a Next Step class (Juniors and Seniors). Ninth and 10th graders may also take this course for elective credit. Interns will participate in training, tutoring, and meetings remotely during the semester. Our interns will be an important part of helping students learn and celebrate successes every week! Come make a difference in student’s lives with us!

United Planet is a non-profit organization with a mission to create a global community, one relationship at a time. They connect volunteers and interns who want to make a difference with communities in more than 30 countries, where they learn, teach, work, engage and immerse themselves in a culture outside their comfort zone. 

This organization is not affiliated with Epic Charter School and the cost of the program(s) is not school funded and student learning fund monies are not eligible.
